BUDGET CREATION

Only users who are responsible for the creation of the budget and forecast will be granted access to the configuration of the budget itself and be allowed to make changes to the live budget. Changes can then go through a custom approval structure and only once approved by all relevant parties will the change apply to the live budget.
Actual values can be pulled automatically on set intervals or can be manually refreshed by users.

BUDGET VIEWING

Users that are not involved in the budget creation can be granted access to view the budget grid, dashboards and reporting capabilities on the budget as well.
Each user can customise his profile on what dashboards should display and what data or departments are important to them.
Access can also be restricted for users to only see certain parts of the budget.
